Terry MacGibbon, B.Sc., P.Geo., Chairman and CEO
Terry is a registered professional geologist with over 35 years of international experience in the mining business. Terry is the founder, Chairman and CEO of FNX Mining Company Inc., a TSX-listed Canadian mining company that has over the past several years emerged from a junior exploration company into a mid-tier diversified Canadian mining company that produces nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum, palladium and gold from its mineral properties located in the Sudbury, ON, Canada mining camp. Prior to joining FNX Mining Company Inc, Terry spent 30 years with Inco Limited (Vale Inco) directing Inco’s North American and Worldwide exploration activities. In 2005, Terry was awarded the prestigious Prospector and Developer Association’s Developer of the Year award and in the fall of the same year, Ernst and Young honoured Terry with an Entrepreneur of the Year award. Terry is a certified director, Institute of Corporate Directors, and a board director of several TSX public companies.

Ronald P. Gagel, C.A., B.Sc, B.Comm , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gagel received his B.Sc from the University of Western and B.Comm from the University of Windsor. He is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years of professional experience, predominantly in the natural resources sector. Mr. Gagel received his CA designation in 1981 while with PricewaterhouseCoopers. From 1988 to 2004, Mr. Gagel was at Aur Resources Inc. holding roles of increasing responsibility. From 1999 to 2004 he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aur, where he played a key role in negotiating the financing and acquisition of the Quebrada Blanca copper mine in Chile for US300 million, which tripled the assets and revenues of Aur. Mr. Gagel joined FNX in 2005 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the company’s board of directors. In addition, Mr. Gagel is a member of the board of directors of HudBay Minerals Inc. and Glencairn Gold Corporation, two TSX listed companies, and has been an active member of the Board of Directors of the PDAC since 1997.

Catharine Farrow, PhD., PGeo , Senior VP, Corporate Development and Technical Services
Catharine joined FNX in March 2003 as Chief Geologist and in 2006 assumed new duties as Director of Exploration. Catharine has been instrumental in building and directing the Company’s exploration team and plays a key role in the success of the Company’s exploration department. Catharine is widely published as an expert in platinum group elements and is an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Toronto and Laurentian University.

Gord Morrison, Senior VP, Exploration
Gord received his education at Queen’s University (1971) and then worked 32 years for Inco Limited in both the mining and exploration aspects of the industry, prior to joining FNX Mining. He is an acknowledged expert in the exploration of the Sudbury Basin and has been an integral part of the discovery of numerous major discoveries in the Sudbury Basin. Gord was a technical advisor to the Voisey’s Bay exploration program and has world wide experience in the exploration for nickel, copper and platinum group metals.

David W. Constable, BSc., MBA, ICD.D, Vice President Investor Relations

David received his BSc (Hons.) Geology from Mount Allison University and MBA(Hons.) from Laurentian University. He has more than 25 years Canadian and international exploration and development experience with the Noranda Group, Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and managing his own geological consulting firm for a decade. Since 1996, he has provided investor relations services to offshore and domestic mining companies. From 1997 – 2002 he served as Vice President Investor Relations for Normandy Mining Limited of Australia until their 2002 takeover by Newmont. He served as Vice President Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs with FNX Mining Company Inc. from June 2002 to October 2005. Mr. Constable has an ICD.D designation under the Institute of Corporate Directors and is an experienced director of public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges. Mr. Constable returned to FNX Mining Company Inc. in 2006 as Vice President Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary.

William (Bill) Shaver, P.Eng., Chief Operating Officer
Bill is a Queen’s University mining engineering graduate and a co-founder of Dynatec Corporation. From 1980-2004, he was Senior Vice President of Dynatec and responsible for all Mining Services Operations. From 2006-2008, he served as Executive Vice President, Mine Development and Canadian Operations for Denison Mines Corp. In September 2008, Bill was appointed President, DMC Mining Services, a division of FNX. Bill will report directly to the CEO.

Julie Galloway, LLB, B.A. (Hons), Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Julie joined FNX in January 2008 as Vice-President and General Counsel and, in May, assumed the additional role of Corporate Secretary. Julie has extensive corporate legal experience in the mining industry having served as General Counsel for Dynatec Corporation and for more than 10 years with Falconbridge/Noranda where she served in a number of legal positions, including Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to that, Julie was with the law firm Blake, Cassels and Graydon. Julie received a B.A. (Hons.) in economics and political science from the University of Waterloo and an LLB from the University of Toronto.

Hugh M. Ducasse, Vice President of Health, Safety & Environment
Hugh joined FNX in October 2007 as Vice President Health, Safety and Environment. Before joining the company Hugh was Vice President Health, Safety and Environment for Dynatec Corporation. From 2003 to 2006 he served as the Director of Health and Safety for Kinross Gold Corporation. During his thirty-three year mining career he held positions of increasing responsibility in technical services, mine operations and sustainable development. Hugh has been instrumental in developing and implementing successful health, safety and environmental management systems at underground and open pit mines and exploration projects in North America, South America, Africa and Russia.

Vern Baker, B.Sc, Vice President, Sudbury Operations
Vern joined FNX early in 2008 as Vice President, Sudbury Operations. He is an experienced mining engineer with over 16 years in senior management roles across North America in open pits and underground mines. Vern has a BSc in mining engineering from the University of Nevada Reno and an MBA from Stanford University.
